Mori Katsura of Real x Head has kindly painted a very few limited glow in the dark Mutant Head figures to help celebrate a new toy store opening for Scott ( a.k.a. Stealthtank ).
"The Cupcake Mutant Head was to be a regular release on white vinyl sometimes last year, but it had paint quality issues after coming back from the painter, so the release was axed. After pestering Mori at Real x Head for awhile, he agreed to try the challenging the paint scheme again on a few glow in the dark figures to help commemorate the opening of Scott's new store." quote from Scott.
As for Scott's new toy store, he is still finalizing some of the details like names and overall concept. It will be opening in mid to late August in sunny Saint Petersburg, Florida. The online store will be up at launch.

It had never occurred to me that a figure like the Mutant Chaos would attract my attention. It is not like the typical figures that I like. Just like its name, it's look is definitely very "Chaotic". It's paint application is very special. The depth and layers created by the paint and the rub finish is outstanding.
